I’m a General Counsel-turned-consultant with nearly 20 years of experience helping executives and business leaders navigate the legal issues that matter most.

I’ve spent years in the trenches as an in-house attorney, guiding family-owned businesses and private equity-backed companies through high-stakes, fast-paced challenges.
I also bring a personal perspective: for the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting my wife as she built her own small business here in South Orange County.
